*Harm Reduction Team

The Harm Reduction Team provide support to people who inject or use a range of drugs by offering; information, testing, referral, injection injury assessments and sterile injecting equipment.

A primary focus of this NHS Lanarkshire service is to reduce and avoid the transmission and onward spread of blood-borne viruses by providing credible information and testing on all blood-borne viruses and by providing people who inject drugs with easy access to and disposal of sterile injecting equipment.

The service also offers naloxone and drug overdose related interventions.
